Below is the agenda for the community dinner (night before) and the 1 day client conference.
The conference room is at the Crowne Plaza, Docklands.

We will be finished at 4pm on Sunday, which gives everyone plenty of time to fly out Sunday evening to get homes to their families. Please don't leave early.

Social Drinks and Dinner
Let's have a meet and greet client dinner before the formalities of the client day.
Keep a lid on the celebrations, as we have a big day planned on Sunday, and you will
want to have your head in the game to map out 2024 and your Q1, 2024 POP.
Dinner is on us as our way of saying congratulations on
what you have achieved in 2023.
Drinks are at your own expense.

Launch is a powerful group of trades, construction and service based businessmen, with a common Vision, who come together to challenge each other to Brace Up for real growth with effective business Foundations.

This 1 day conference is an opportunity to get together, in person, as a Launch community, to map out your year, align your habits and mix and mingle with each other and some long term multi million dollar turnover businessmen from the Lifestyle Mastermind. It is a day you don't want to miss.
As they say, 'Men never plan to be failures, they simply fail to plan to be successful.' So we kick off the day teaching WOOP Principles (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan) and the Plan on a Page (POP) Principles. After morning tea, you will have dedicated time to map out your 2024 Sales targets & projects and complete your Q1, 2024 POP.
Once you complete your POP, it is essential that you create a system of habits (as per The Bevan), that are aligned to your goals. Just like Bevan was renowned for hitting 1's, 2's and the occasional boundary, your daily, weekly, and monthly habits create patterns that become the process and priorities that lead to the achievement of your goals. We will spend a session working through The Bevan Principles and helping you stack your habits that will propel you forward in 2024.
Throughout the day there will be some long term Pravar clients who are in the Lifestyle Mastermind who will be there to support you in your POP creation, Habit stacking and there during breaks to ask for advice / support. We will finish the day by having a Panel Discussion where they will share their stories and give their advice on what it takes to build a Lifestyle Trades and Construction Business.
