Larry met his wife Cheryl in Melbourne in 1995 after finding out they grew up one block away from each other as kids growing up in South Africa! Fast forward to today and they have two grown up sons and as a family they love the outdoors, camping, adventure sports and mountain biking.

To say Larry loves a challenge is an understatement! At the age of 20 headed off to the US on a tennis scholarship and played on the ATP World Tour. Since then, Larry has completed 6 Ironman’s, 20 Half-Ironman and completed the grueling Pioneer Mountain Bike Race in NZ. Larry also represented Australia in the long course triathlon championships.

On the business side Larry was responsible for launching and growing the Step into Life personal training business and brand into 162 franchises in Australia and NZ with over $25m in fitness revenue annually.

After selling the business in 2018, Larry launched Digs Lodgings, a business specialising in group and family accommodation for mountain bikers in select destinations in Tasmania and Victoria.

As a coach Larry has a passion for helping business owners create an environment for success and gets a thrill out of seeing his clients enjoying an active personal life with plenty of quality family time.
