Rob Kropp - Founder & Lead Coach

Pravar founder and lead coach Rob Kropp, has experienced the confusion, desperation and stress that comes having lived in a family that coexisted, because his Father was working his heart out for them, while at the same time losing them in the process.

This had a profound effect on Rob as a 10-year-old, and still does. An experience he is determined to ensure doesn’t happen to his own family, or any of his clients.  That’s why, at an early age he was determined to crack the code of how to build a successful business where the time and money was there to dedicate to the family, and other things that made life fulfilling.

Interestingly he quickly learnt there are many things highly successful business owners know that are not taught in university.  So, while his Double Degree in Business, Accounting and Financial Planning, and Masters of Management in Human Resources were useful, he needed to dig deeper and develop insights, and unique systems and processes that not yet existed.

He has done that, and now they have been proven time and time again to work yielding business and life transforming results.  Watch his story below.

Steve Greene - Business Coach

Steve has been married to his wife Anna for 23 years and counting! Together they have wonderful 3 children: 2 daughters and a son who are between senior school and University age.

Steve has always been very active in sport and outdoors activity and loves cycling, swimming, skiing, snorkelling, and spending time in nature. He’s also interested in classic cars, sports cars and motorsport.

For over 28 years, Steve has worked in business across the main functions of Sales, Operations and General Management in several large multi-national businesses and also small/medium businesses. Steve found that he connected better with smaller businesses where he could have a wider impact and in his most recent pre-coaching role, led the growth of this business from turning over $6m when he started, to an international business turning over $35m in 10 years.

In time, Steve came to the realisation that whilst business had been absorbing his attention and time, his relationships with his family, his health and fitness and his love of cycling and the great outdoors, were slipping by the wayside.

This prompted a reassessment of priorities, which ultimately led to him wanting to help other business leaders to avoid the same trap. Since Steve joined Pravar in 2015, he has been successfully doing just that.

As a coach, Steve is most passionate about being able to help clients to grow as a person and achieve results across their personal lives as well as well as their business, so that they can become the best version of themselves.

Brendan Usher -

Business Coach

Meet Brendan Usher, a husband, father of 2 boys, an avid traveller and Coach at Pravar Group. He is the proud owner of a Yorkshire Terrier, and the newest addition to their family, a Kelpie puppy.

Brendan has a diverse business leadership background having worked in and led teams across three different countries. With foundations in Australia, he afforded the opportunity to lead a business in Vietnam and then ultimately having a full business responsibility for a department turning over $40m USD in the Philippines. Moving back from overseas with a young family Brendan has gone on to fully immerse himself in supporting local community clubs and associations including the Rugby League Club, local Kindergarten, and local touch football.

Brendans passion for leadership and team development was realised early in life through a wide ranging, diverse sporting upbringing where he coached and led multiple sporting teams. This later transferred across in business, where coaching, developing, and mentoring his managers became a huge focus and achievement of his.

What Brendan loves about coaching is the ability to not only help others learn and grow, but to continue to be challenged and grow within himself. Coaching is a partnership, whereby Brendan can utilise his leadership skills to help clients, all the while establishing strong learnings himself.

Brendan thrives on the opportunity to work with Trades, Construction and Service based clients. All have their own challenges, goals and visions in which Brendan is honoured and excited to be a vital part of their journey.

Business Coach

Andrew Drysdale married his childhood sweetheart Helen and together they’ve raised three amazing young men. All but one of the kids have grown, leaving his youngest son and two German Shepherd goofballs, Hunter and Shadow, at home.

After almost 9 years as a coach, he went on to build his own Construction Company. After building the business, the focus on succession planning to replace himself at the helm with his sons was put into play.

Coming from a childhood spent living on the street, surrounded by poverty and hardship, Andrew witnessed firsthand the impact that has on children and families. Now, with a solid business model in place, and time to enjoy with Helen and their family, Andrew’s embarking on building affordable housing for homeless women and children alongside Helen and his sons.

Andrew believes Coaching is a calling that brings with it responsibility to give everything of himself to help his clients in their own journey. As someone that’s walked a mile in the shoes of his clients, Andrew offers an ability to see issues from their point of view as well as contributing as a mentor, offering an ‘outside-looking in’ perspective. Put simply, his passion as a Coach is helping his client succeed.

Manfred Gebers -

Business Coach

Manfred had a healthy farm upbringing where he took advantage of his love for the outdoors by fishing or playing sports with his mates. He’s married to Nikki and they have a son named Ryan who is pursuing a degree in Construction Management.

Manfred began his career as a cost and management accountant in large multi-national firms and as a result, obtained an early understanding of how businesses functioned and generated revenue.

He founded his first company in his late twenties and used its success as a springboard to launch several more.

He’s a people-person with a passion for numbers who appreciates analysis, planning, and developing organisations that are poised for growth and financial autonomy. He has done this for himself for the past 20 years and is now able to share his experience and ideas with a diverse clientele. He has familiarity with the requirements, constraints, financial demands, HR concerns, and risks associated with establishing success and fulfilling business objectives.
