On behalf of the team at Pravar Group, I'd like to welcome you to the up and coming Mastermind Event at InterContinental in Sydney.
Please note that we have decided to book at InterContinental for the location and conference room. We understand that this may be outside the budget of some of you, so please don't feel obliged to stay at InterContinental, there are plenty of other accommodation options to suite all budgets in close proximity to where we are hosting the conference.
We have negotiated a 15% discount on accommodation at the InterContinental Hotel (Sydney CBD: 117 Macquarie Street Sydney). Here is the Discount Booking Link.
We will be finished by 3pm on Saturday. Please don't leave early.

Timmo's Tours was born out of the Mastermind from those who believe that when you Win the Morning, you Win the Day.
Chris Timmins will be the leader of the Pack and will be leaving from the Foyer on Thursday and Friday Mornings at 5.45am. Everyone Welcome.
Loud Shirt Day
Friday 2nd May
Loud Shirt day is an initiative that was born from within members of the Mastermind to open up conversations around men's mental health issues. Together we are making it clear that as a man it isn’t weak to speak up about the things that are going on in our lives.
We know that 'Together we are Stronger', that you need good people around you who are going to be there, not only when you're winning, but when the chips are down. That's what makes this family so powerful.

The Power of this Mastermind is a group of businessmen, with a common Vision, who come together to challenge each other to step up and play a bigger game, through Content, Coaching & Community. We have 3 main sessions on the first day; mastermind sessions (Wins & Improvement), a Client Feature Session and a Training Session to round out the day.
Mastermind Sessions:
The first half of Thursday is to celebrate your successes from Q1 2025. Then you will share an improvement you are committed to working on with your round table for the up and coming quarter. The round table Improvement Session is designed to ensure you stack another positive habit as per the Bevan.
Please make sure you come prepared for the Wins & Improvement Sessions. For some of you, you will have some great business wins, others will have some great personal wins, others will have both. Remember, they are your wins, so be proud of what you have achieved and who you have become in the process.
Client Feature Session:
Client Feature sessions are an integral part of the Mastermind weekends. It is an opportunity for a client from within the group to share their story and inspire those in the group to achieve greater levels of success. This quarter we are going to be hearing from Glenn Fludder from Stilus Design and Construction.
Thursday night is free time. Use it as an opportunity to grab a drink and a feed together and continue the conversations and masterminding.

Back into the conference room we go for day 2. For half the day we will have a mindset session to help you activate your potential followed by a training session on Client Relationship Mapping. For the second half, we’re off to Axe Throwing for Friday FunDay activity.

Social Drinks and Dinner
After spending the day together, it’s time to freshen up, then off to dinner we go for a night of fun, laughter and celebration. Dinner is on us as our way of saying congratulations on what you have achieved in Q1, 2025. It is a short cab ride there, or you can join us for a group Walk and Talk to Dinner.

Client Conference
Back into the conference room we go for day 3. We will have a mindset session followed by another training session on Defining your Customer Value Proposition (CVP). Then there will be a practical workshop to follow, so you can walk back into your business on Monday with clarity on who you serve and why.
