The Leverage Coaching Program is designed to help you structure your business in a way to unlock Growth and Profits, and develop the Management and leadership skills to build out a true Lifestyle Trades/Construction business.
There are 2 Phases over a 4 month period that builds on the mindset, skillset and strategies developed in Launch and puts you in a state of readiness for an even bigger game in Lifestyle.
Phase 1: 3 P’s of Structured Growth is broken down into 3 parts: Productivity, Performance, and Profitability.
Productivity: Be a Master of Priorities, Not a Slave to Time
Performance: Develop the Management & Leadership skills to build a high performing Operational Structure and free yourself from the day to day operations
Profitability: BE unapologetically Profit Driven
Phase 2 is a 3-day immersion, focused on engineering a Vision of EXACTLY what you want your business and life to be in the future – it’s about clarity of direction and purpose. You will walk away from this event with a Vision and Roadmap of what Your version of a Lifestyle business looks like that you want to build over the next 24-36 Months, and learn valuable skills around leadership, mindset and Financial Management Systems.
The intensity of Coaching goes to a whole new level in Leverage. That is why you must have completed or be well on the way to completing the minimum criteria as per below to ensure you are ready for the new phase of your coaching journey. It is a combination of weekly Group Coaching Calls, Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls, a small community of business owners going through the same Leverage group together and a 3 Day Event.
Key Information / Dates
- Key Dates: The next Leverage Leverage Group (Group #32) goes from 19th of August 2024 to 30th of November 2024
- 3 Day Event: The 3 Day Visioneering Event is 28th of November to 30th of November, in Melbourne
- Fee Structure: 4x Payments of $3k + GST
Minimum Criteria to graduate from Launch, and graduate onto Leverage -> Lifestyle:
- Pipeline: Have confidence in your pipeline and sustainable growth opportunities
- Revenue: Achieving a minimum $1.5mill p/a ($125k per month) run rate & ready to create Sustainable / Scalable growth
- Time: Mostly reclaimed you nights and weekends and on your way to achieving work/life balance.
- Team: Mostly off the tools, with an established Ground Crew
- Team: Admin/bookkeeping support in place (can be part time)
- Tools: Foundational Understanding and availability of accurate financials & ideally NO ATO/Super Debt
- Tools: Have implemented a Job Management System (JMS) and are utilising it on a day to day basis
- Launch Journey: Have demonstrated consistency and commitment to your coaching journey and the Pravar Community.
