We work with established trades businesses (electricians, plumbers etc.) turning over $1 million per year or more in revenue, taking them on a journey from being an overworked, overwhelmed tradesman to a true leader of a profitable “lifestyle” trades business:
- Earning $3M - $5M in revenue,
- 10-15% net profit ($300,000 - $750,000)
- A full operational structure in place
- The business owner (you) working 40 hours a week (or less), with 4-6 weeks annual leave.
What’s Our Why?

The reason why we do what we do today, is because my dad was that typical trades guy. He was an operator at the power station in Gladstone. He had a fencing and gardening business, and he worked his absolute ass off.
I remember my dad saying, “I'm doing it for the family”. That may have been the case, but in reality, he missed out on so much of my childhood because he was always working.
As a kid, I felt like my dad was never around. I don’t blame him. I understand why he did what he did. He was doing the best he could with what he knew at the time. He was working hard, just not smart.
This is an all too familiar story for many tradies. Sadly, most end up overworked, underpaid and disconnected from the very reason they got into business in the first place: family.
Seeing my dad miss out on family life because he was consumed by trying to provide for the family, pushed me to build Pravar Group so I could help tradies like him reclaim their time, reconnect with their families, and transform their businesses into something truly profitable that adds value to their life, rather than detracts from it.
